Return & Refund Policy


At Pleasurable Wonders, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our process for handling returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns:  Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items
  • Lingerie and intimate apparel
  • Items without original packaging or tampered seal 
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.
  • Certain products such as intimate items, personal care products, innerwear, and customized items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items:  If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice included.
Non-Returnable Items:  For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lubricants, oils, and consumables
  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Certain products such as intimate items, personal care products, innerwear, and customized items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Process:  Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged products returned to us. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–5 business days, depending on service availability in the customer’s location. Refund or replacement will be processed within 48 hours after the returned product is received and verified. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Note:  The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Exchange Policy:  Exchanges are only allowed for defective items, subject to availability. If the exact product is unavailable, you may select an alternative of equal value or request store credit.

Order Cancellations:  Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before the item is dispatched.
