Eligibility for Returns: Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Lingerie and intimate apparel
- Items without original packaging or tampered seal
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, including tags and manuals, is intact.
- Lubricants, oils, and consumables
- Products that have been opened or used.
Refund Process: Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged products returned to us. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received in a damaged condition.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only allowed for defective items, subject to availability. If the exact product is unavailable, you may select an alternative of equal value or request store credit
Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before the item is dispatched.
